These terms apply when you use our website or buy products from us. Read them together with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy. Your mandatory consumer rights take priority over anything in these terms.

Using our website

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you create an account, keep your login details secure. Do not use the website for unlawful purposes, fraudulent orders or activities that interfere with its operation.

Products and colour results

We sell temporary hair colour wax. Follow the instructions and ingredient information supplied with the product. Colour appearance can vary with your starting hair colour, hair texture, application and screen settings. Product photographs are illustrative and cannot guarantee an identical result on every person.

Prices, sets and payment

Prices, available currencies, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before you pay. Set discounts apply only as described in the offer and checkout. Payment is collected at checkout, including for pre-orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

Your order

After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, or discover an error affecting it, we will contact you. We will offer an appropriate correction or cancel and refund the affected order. These terms do not allow us to cancel an order arbitrarily or remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Pre-orders and delivery

Pre-orders have an estimated dispatch date displayed when you purchase. Delivery is estimated at 4–7 working days after dispatch; this is additional to the pre-order waiting period. The dispatch estimate for your existing order does not change simply because a later date is displayed for new customers. Returns and refunds

Our 14-day money-back guarantee includes jars that customers have opened and tried. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind and satisfaction-guarantee returns. See our refund policy for the full process and your statutory rights.

Our website is hosted by Shopify. Links to other websites may be provided for convenience; their own terms apply when you use them. Unless permitted by law or agreed with us, do not reproduce our website content or brand materials for commercial use.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Updated terms apply to future website use and future orders. The terms in effect when you placed an order continue to apply to that order. Contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Nothing prevents you from using the courts or other remedies available under applicable consumer law.
